（一）将Excel单元格转换成图片形式插入到Word中

Convert Excel cells into image format and insert them into Word

1、打开Excel文件，选中需要转换成图片粘贴的单元格区域，“Ctrl+C”。

1. Open the Excel file, select the cell range that needs to be converted into an image for pasting, and click "Ctrl+C".

2、打开Word文件，“Ctrl+V”，此时会出现“粘贴选项”框，选择“以图片格式粘贴”。

2. Open a Word file, click Ctrl+V, and the 'Paste Options' box will appear. Choose' Paste in Image Format '.

（二）将Word内容以图片形式插入到Excel表格中

Insert Word content as an image into an Excel spreadsheet

1、首先在Word中选中要复制的内容，“Ctrl+C”复制文本；

1.Firstly, select the content to be copied in Word and use Ctrl+C to copy the text.

2、进入Excel，在菜单栏“粘贴”选项卡中，选择“选择性粘贴”，设置为“图片”，点击确定，剪贴板待粘贴的文本就会转化成图片了。

2. Enter Excel, in the "Paste" tab of the menu bar, select "Special Paste", set it to "Image", click OK, and the text to be pasted on the clipboard will be converted into an image.

同样的操作路径，在选择“选择性粘贴”的设置框中选择“Microsoft Word 文档 对象”可以将Word中的内容在Excel中创建一个文本框，双击文本框可以编辑文本内容。

Using the same operation path, select "Microsoft Word Document Object" in the "Paste Special" setting box to create a text box with the content in Word in Excel. Double click on the text box to edit the text content.
